General Policies
Payment in full is required on or before check in.
Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is before 10am on the day of departure.
Our office closes at 6pm. If you're planning to check in later, please give us a call on 027 694 5633 to arrange.
Pets are not allowed in any of our rooms. Registered service dogs are the exception but please advise prior to arrival.
The motel reserves the right to charge your supplied card without notice in the following instances:
- For any damage done to your room during your stay. Please advise the office prior to check-out of any damages so we can assess and document these.
- For the total amount of your stay in the event of a late cancellation or no-show as per our cancellation policy.
- For the cost of a deep clean in the event that you smoke in your room or bathroom.
- For the cost of your stay and any extras in the event that you leave the motel without settling your account.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for individual rooms must be made 48 hours prior to check in to avoid a charge for the total amount of your stay.
Cancellations for group bookings of two or more rooms must be made one week prior to the day of arrival to avoid a charge for the total amount of your stay.
